ROAD TRIP

Pack your bags, you are going on a road trip in the United States!

In this text you will write about imaginary events in real places.

Preparation:

1) You will get the starting and end points of your trip from the teacher. Find out what the distance between the two places is.
2) Are there interesting places to visit along the way?
3) How long would it take to drive the route?
4) What does it look like? Can you find pictures?

Then write a text about the road trip (250-400 words). The following are ideas of what you could write about, but you're not expected to cover all of them.

- What is the purpose of your trip?
- What is your vehicle like?
- What do you see/hear/smell/feel?
- What are the people like?
- Who do you meet?
- What do you eat?
- How is the weather?
- Does something exciting/interesting happen during your trip?
